9 Years Ago Today...

My Strengths journey began in May 2014 when I completed the Accelerated Strengths Coaching Course in Omaha, Nebraska. I "graduated" from the class on May 9th; however, if you've read my LinkedIn profile you know that you can't become a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach simply by attending a class...it definitely takes a bit more work than that!

Fast forward to May 2023: I'm happy to report that I have again passed my recertification exam, which is good for 3 years (used to be only 2). So, looks like you're stuck with me until 2026!
