Marla Turner is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach who has helped more than 1,000 people embrace and leverage their unique talents through CliftonStrengths. She uses her 20+ years of experience in facilitation and instructional design to create impactful one-on-one coaching experiences and highly interactive team workshops (virtually and in-person). Marla has an M.A. in English literature and has taught writing and literature at the university level. She is a fierce defender of the Oxford comma and applauds those brave souls who dare to use the semicolon.
